  Have attended several services at this establishment and the services have been exceptional. The staff made the family and friends feel very supported in their time of need. The building is beautiful and the cleanliness is spot on. I would highly recommend this funeral home to my family and friends.

  We won't consider this establishment for our loved one, based on how we were treated on a call by Lois Whitecroft - she refused to answer standard questions, in fact seemed to take offense for no rational reason, and then hung up on us. Here are some of the questions we asked her, and her response:
  Q: I'd like to meet your funeral director and owner. They'll be taking care of my loved one and I'd like to have that level of comfort.
  A: No, he's not available to speak with you. I'm going to be your point of contact. I'll decide if they should speak to you.
  Q: Do you have the ability to perform a buddhist service?
  A: We do all kinds of services, but we don't have a priest.
  Q: I'm confused - if you don't have a priest and I have to bring my own, then does this mean you have connections to temples so that you can facilitate this service?
  A: I don't think these questions are appropriate. [HANGS UP ON ME]
  
  If this is how they treat you on the phone in response to reasonable questions, imagine how they'll handle your loved one when you're not around. Lois, great job losing a customer. Never have I lost trust in an establishment so quickly.

  USE the facility; DON'T use LODIS!!! We were unable to use the facility for personal reasons but it was absolutely beautiful. Melinda and Donnell were unbelievably kind and gracious throughout out short engagement with them. I would definitely recommend this facility to others BUT would caution against Lodis who was absolutely awful!! extremely fake woman who was very pushy, rude and unethical. I wouldnt want the actions of one person to impact the rest of the facility. REFUSE to work with her - it is obvious from the other reviews, I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with her.

  I traveled down to Texas for a funeral at Sugar Land Mortuary and was beyond impressed with the services from the staff and the personal attention our family received from Mr. Williams. SLM's level of service, professionalism and beautiful facilities were very much appreciated and comforting at such a difficult time. I wish SLM would open a location where I live, so we can have equally exceptional funeral services for our loved one's up here, like the funeral services they provide families in Houston.

  Very nice mortuary. You walk up to a doorman who is constantly there. You almost forget why you are there. Staff very professional and young. Reception Hall looks better than some of the Banquet hall I've attended at a 5⭐hotel. Their kindness is unbelievable.
